There are many ways to say it, depends where you are in China. Example, different states in America have different local ways, same applies to China.
你的号码是多少？(Quick way of saying it, when you put it into context) (What's your number?)
电话号码多少？ (Another alternative way to say it, just informal, quick)

你的手机号码是多少？ (Direct and specific, sometimes people may give their other number in China, e.g. for Chinese apps)
